Deepen Confidence in Therapy

Our greatest growth as therapists happens at our leading edge—that vulnerable space between knowing the model and living it in the moment. Supervision is our collaborative expedition to that edge, discovering together how your unique self is the key to unlocking the power of EFT.

Our Services

  • Individual Supervision ($150/55-minutes)

A personalized and private space designed to promote dedicated focus, attention, and safety to your work so you can play, explore, and expand your practice based solely on your needs and goals.

  • Group Supervision ($75/90-minutes)

A collaborative and supportive circle where shared experience and multiple perspectives accelerate your growth, allowing you to refine skills and gain confidence alongside a community of trusted peers.

How Individual Supervision Works

  1. Establish Goals. We’ll spend time getting to know you and your goals, so our work feels relevant and well-timed for your needs.

  2. Create a Brave Space. Together we’ll explore what’s working, examine what isn’t, try on something new, and take risks.

  3. Focus. Research shows that we can improve treatment outcomes by 50% through deliberate practice. We’ll stay focused so you get space to practice, apply (and dare we say role play…) evidence-based skills that bring you and your clients long-term success.

  4. Progress. We value your feedback and believe inviting reflection regarding your progress, our working alliance, and your overall satisfaction in supervision is pivotal! We’ll check-in at regular intervals to promote transparency and confidence in the process.
